Similarities:

5. Both need a work cited

Differences:

1. APA gives one page to everything MLA does in the small left corner of the first page
2. APA includes the school name
3. APA neads a heading for each page
4. APA needs two spaces after punctuation 
5. APA title page 120 words or fewer
